Our professional responsibility

We are aware that we will be contracted in order to perform an independent objective evaluation with technical expertise, analytical knowledge and the solution of problems.
We will deal with all client related information which have been handed over to us on a fully confidential basis. We will not take financial gain of any kind out of internal information. We will not serve more than two rival clients with sensitive issues at the same time without the prior agrrement of each relevant client. We will inform the client about every circumsatnce which will influence our objective judgement consulting.
We will only accept such contracts for which we are qualified in and which will really bring an advantage to the customer. But we can not take any guarantee for any specific result like the real amount of cost reduction or profit increase. We are presenting our ability on the basis of experience and competence. We will fullfill each assignment on individual basis and will develop recommendation specificcaly to the practical situation of the clients problem related.
Whereever possible we will agree with the client a fee in advance for the relevant assignement.

Liabilty note

With justification note of the 12th May 1998 the court LG Hamburg has decided that throught the setting of links the content of the linked pages have to be taken as well resonsibility for. This can only be avoided that one especailly distance from the linked pages.
For all pages which are linked within our website the following applies: We have no influence on the design nor the content of the linked pages nor do we make the content of those to our content.. I am distancing myself especially from all content which are behind the from us set links to all other pages as well as from content of all pages which will be set in our guestbooks, Blogs and Forum.
