Dinslaken – The enterprise revway is offering Workshops all over Germany, presenting knowledge on the subject of revenue management for hoteliers. For the first time, the content of the seminars will also include the topic of F&B as well as restaurant and event revenue management. The Workshop lasts one working day and is suitable for hotel owners, hotel managers as well as employees from the areas of Reservation, Sales, Front Of-fice, Conference Management & Revenue Management. During the Workshops, new ways of how to maximize revenue will be presented.
The organizers of the Workshops are Hans Jürgen Rüffert and Christine Sauer from the enterprise revway - two real experts in the area of Revenue Management. Both instructors have lots of experience in the hotel industry. The content of the Workshops „Basics of Revenue Management“ will include market positioning and optimum price creation, E-commerce as well as strategies and the usage of available tools for the creation of a Forecast. The course „F&B Revenue Management“ deals with the production of the basics, from market segments, reservations and banquet space allocation as well as recognition of the influential factors such as costs, goods applications and personnel standards. However, a strategy will be developed together with the course participants during the Workshop.
All together there are 19 Workshops on both subjects planned in the period from the 24th of September to the 11th of December in the following German cities: Stuttgart, Munich, Leipzig, Cologne, Hannover, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and also in Villach (Austria). If You register yourself up to ten days before the Workshop, you will receive a discount of 20 percent on the seminar price. The normal price is EUR 359 (per person, per Workshop, including all documents, coffee breaks and midday snack). The minimum number of participants of the Workshops is from six to ten people.
